What does BlueScreen Technologies repair?
BlueScreen Technologies provides repair services for computer and laptops of all kinds and sizes. We can replace broken lcd screens in laptops and diagnose other problems with both computers and laptops.
Do you work with Macs?
At this time we are not Apple Certified so we are unable to do any warranty repair for Macs. However, we are able to diagnose and repair software issues and some hardware issues on out of warranty Macs. Many times for less than you would pay at the Apple Store.

How long do repairs take?
We currently expect turn around to be around 24 hours for most home visits. Repairs that require hardware replacements depend primarily on shipment turn around times. We use multiple suppliers to ensure the best possible prices for replacement parts and shipment times vary from site to site. Most times you can pay extra for quicker shipping times, however this will be up to each customer.
How much do you charge?
Our primary charge is $35 per hour for all repair services. Other charges may be required but will not be known until they are needed and are very rarely needed. We do our best to inform you up front about these charges. You will also be responsible for any required parts or hardware needed to repair the issues.
