BlueScreen Technologies offers services both in house and on-site. Our on-site services mean you don't have to take your computer apart and bring it to us, we come to you. However, BlueScreen Technologies is only offering on-site services at the present time. We are unfortunately unable to provide in house services. We may bring your computer back to our offices in order to fix them, however you can not bring your device to us. We're able to make a few exceptions to this, but rarely. During this time only in house fees will be charged for all serviced.

In House Repair

Standard In House Repair — $30 per hour

Bring your computer into us during our operating hours and you will be ensured quicker service. In House Repair is our most popular repair option.

Emergency In House Repair — $40 per hour

Your in a pinch. We're not open. Good thing you can still bring your computer to us and we'll fix it. Just give us a call and if we're available we'll get it fixed right away.

On Site Repair

Standard On Site Repair — $35 per hour

We will travel to you and fix the computer in your home. Appointments can be scheduled any day of the week according to your schedule. Contact us for further information.

Emergency On Site Repair — $45 per hour

Did your computer just die and you can not live without it? We will come to you for repair at this moment if we are available. However, you will pay a little more for this convenience.

Emergency Hours

BlueScreen reserves the right to charge Emergency rates at any time. However, emergency hours are regularly Monday Thru Saturday (9pm to 8am) and all day Sunday(unless otherwise scheduled).

In Home Policy

BlueScreen reserves the right to deny service at any residence, business, or building for any reason. If we are unable to provide service at your location, you will need to bring your computer to us.
